Kids go on a video safari in your yard, the park or on summer vacation to win prizes and be on TV!

Observe, record but don’t disturb wildlife in capturing a :30 second video of the birds or critters you see. Send that video clip to The Wildlife Care Association’s summer video safari challenge to win prizes and learn about the outdoors and wildlife that lives near you.

Send your name, age, phone, email and where your summer safari video was taken and what type of wildlife you observed. Entries must be submitted on the Wildlife Care Association Facebook page as a Message with video attachment.

Have a parent help you enter! Visit the Wildlife Care Association’s Facebook page and click on Message to enter your information and attach the video as a ‘paper clip’ file. Entries must be :30 seconds or less and taken by entrant. Videos will be posted on the WCA Facebook page throughout the contest.

Don’t disturb wildlife in nature, but capture birds and critters you observe on your mobile video cam for your own summer wildlife safari!

Entries are free and you can enter anytime between May 15-August 15, 2016. Finalists will be chosen and announced in September. Fine Print: Ten finalists will be chosen with one winner will be chosen from those submissions. WCA staff reserves the right to select a winner from content and other factors including artistic merit. All videos submitted become the property of WCA for its use in outreach, education and fundraising. Prizes determined by WCA Staff, no substitutes, not redeemable for cash. Training must be redeemed by Dec. 31, 2016 at a location nearest winner’s home.
